Shipping Policy
Order processing, dispatch, delivery, title and risk policy for Unlazed orders
1. Shipping coverage
- Primary coverage: United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- International shipping: Limited. Please email/WhatsApp us before ordering from outside the UAE to confirm availability and quotes.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment verification and operational review.
Order verification & packing: Typically same or next working day after successful payment and fraud checks.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 (GST) are usually processed the next working day.

Working days: Monday–Saturday.
Sundays and UAE public holidays are non-working days. - Pre-orders/backorders: Dispatch when stock arrives; the ETA shown at checkout is indicative.
3. Dispatch and delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us in writing. Delivery depends on courier performance, address access, customs procedures, weather, and other external factors..
All shipments deliver in 1–2 working days after dispatch across the UAE, subject to courier capacity and address accessibility.
- Single-consignment handling: Whether your order ships in one or multiple boxes, it is treated as one package/consignment for SLA, delivery attempts, and charges. Couriers aim to deliver the consignment together.
- Remote/out-of-service areas may require additional COST & time (see Point 5).
4. Shipping charges
Shipping, handling, customs, or courier charges shown at checkout form part of the order pricing structure for fulfilment services. Once courier booking or dispatch has occurred, those fulfilment charges are ordinarily non-refundable except where required by law or where the order issue is directly caused by our confirmed error.
Free standard delivery for orders ≥ AED 799 to easily accessible/standard serviceable UAE areas.
- Orders < AED 799 or remote/out-of-service areas: Shipping is chargeable and shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
- Service/ Remote: Extra handling fees may apply; we’ll confirm before dispatch if not shown at checkout.
If an order shipped free is later returned for customer reasons, the actual outbound shipping cost (and any remote-area surcharge) we incurred will be deducted from any approved refund (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
5. Customer address responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address, recipient name, and contact details. Where a parcel is returned, delayed, or re-routed because of inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information, any additional courier or redelivery costs may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
Couriers maintain dynamic lists of remote/out-of-service postcodes/areas and may apply a surcharge or require extra transit time (e.g., distant towns, islands, desert sites, high-security zones, or restricted vehicle access).
- If your address is flagged, we will inform you and you may: proceed with the surcharge, provide an alternate address, arrange pickup (if offered), or cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery completion and transfer of risk
Goods are treated as delivered when handed over at the delivery address provided in the order or when accepted by the customer or a person reasonably appearing to be authorised to receive them on the customer's behalf.
Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. Title to goods remains with Additronix until full cleared payment has been actually received.
Provide a complete, accurate address, active phone number, building/community name, and any access instructions.
7. Failed delivery or refusal
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer absence, refusal, lack of response, access limitations, or incorrect address information, we may arrange re-delivery, hold the parcel pending instruction, or treat the parcel as a return-to-origin shipment.
In such cases, any refund for a voluntary cancellation or non-defect return will be limited to the amount actually received by Additronix for the goods, less delivery, return-to-origin, storage, customs, or courier costs actually incurred, to the extent disclosed and legally permitted.
Couriers typically make 1–2 attempts per order/consignment (not per box). If delivery fails (incorrect address, unreachable phone, refusal), items may be returned to the sender (RTS).
- Re-delivery/RTS fees (including two-way shipping and surcharges) may apply and are chargeable to the customer.
8. International orders
For shipments outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for destination-country import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage, and local compliance obligations unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are prepaid.
9. Damaged or incorrect delivery
If an order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should notify us promptly and in any event within seven (7) days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. This does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
If you refuse delivery or a shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at cost or a return per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- All actual courier fees (outbound, remote surcharge, return freight) will be chargeable/deducted from any eligible refund.
Delivery estimates exclude UAE public holidays and events beyond our control (extreme weather, civil contingencies, force majeure). Sundays are holidays and not counted as working days for processing or delivery.
