Website terms for Unlazed

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale govern access to and use of the Unlazed website, any checkout or account functionality made available through it, and all purchases placed through that website.

For legal and contracting purposes, orders placed through the Unlazed website are made with UNLAZED  LLC ("Unlazed", "we", "us" or "our"). The Unlazed name is used as a trading and brand identifier only.

By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy, Warranty and Defect Handling Policy, Product Care, Use and Safety Policy, Payment, Pricing and Promotions Policy, Cookie Policy, and any policy or notice presented on the website at checkout.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order. If you are under the age required to contract independently, use of the website and any order must be supervised and authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, order details, and delivery information accurate and up to date. We may rely on the information submitted through your account or at checkout.

3. Product information and intended use

Unlazed sells footwear and related accessories. We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, sizing guidance, colours, care notes, and intended use limitations. However, screen settings, lighting, production methods, and individual fit preferences may cause reasonable variation.

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, our footwear is intended for lifestyle and casual daily wear. It is not represented as safety footwear, medical footwear, professional sports footwear, or protective equipment for specialised environments.

Minor texture variation, slight layer lines, finishing differences, or natural differences between pairs may occur where products are made using advanced manufacturing or 3D-print-related methods. Such characteristics do not by themselves constitute a defect.

4. Orders and contract formation

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment verification, security screening, and operational feasibility. Submission of an order request does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when we accept the order and issue an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, subject to any lawful cancellation right that may apply. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons including pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions.

5. Pricing, payment, and title

All prices displayed on the website are shown in AED unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable VAT and checkout charges that apply to the order will be disclosed before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or system errors before dispatch. If such an error affects an order already submitted, we may cancel the order and refund the amount actually received from you for that order.

Title to goods remains with Unlazed until full cleared payment is actually received. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Delivery and logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed timeline in writing. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, customs, address issues, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and access instructions. Any re-delivery, storage, or return-to-origin charges arising from incorrect customer-provided information may be charged to the customer where legally permitted and disclosed.

7. Returns, defects, and remedies

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defect claims, and after-sales handling are governed by the policies published on the website. For voluntary returns, any refund may be limited to the amount actually received by Unlazed for the relevant returned goods, subject always to applicable law and the terms of the Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory remedy that may apply where goods are defective, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to applicable law.

8. Acceptable use of the website

• Misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security, checkout, code, data, or functionality;

• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated means to extract content or pricing without our written consent;

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information;

• Use the website in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of any third party.

These herein are defined are breech of Unlazed functioning and policies, which are grounds to litigation and invitation to legal action under UAE Law.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, including branding, product names, text, layout, graphics, icons, images, copy, code, and design elements, is owned by or licensed toUnlazed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent, except to the limited extent necessary for normal personal shopping use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlazed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed access, failed checkout, or use of goods outside their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot legally be excluded, or any statutory consumer or product-liability rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rule of law that gives the consumer additional protection or access to another competent forum.
